What our tutors say about us
We are really proud of our relationships with our tutors and work hard to make sure tutors feel supported through every placement with a young person.
“We recognise that the strength of our service lies in the passion and dedication of our tutors; our belief is that a better supported tutor is a better supported young person. We are deeply committed to fostering a culture where your professional aspirations and personal well-being are nurtured, ensuring you feel genuinely supported as you guide our young people to success. This is the cornerstone of our approach—a place where tutors don't just work, they thrive and make a difference.”

We are working across all regions of the UK and also often place tutors with online work where face to face work is unavailable. You can view our available jobs here.
We will review your submitted application, invite you to interview, interview you, and then collect all your documentation and qualifications required to make your file with us compliant and ready to work.
We aim to move all candidates through as quickly as possible and will aim to interview you within 2 days of applying and have your application completed within 1 week of passing interview. In most cases, the speed that a candidate passes our recruitment process is determined by how quickly they book their interview and return all references and documentation. We have had a candidate ready to work the same day before!

You can still apply if you are only available after school / on weekends provided you are aware this will limit the work that can be offered to you.
Our Referrals Team will get in contact via phone or email as soon as a suitable placement is found that matches your availability, skillset, and readiness to travel.
We provide all of our high quality training free of charge but beyond this do not compensate tutors for the training that we offer.
If you have the time and availability to complete our Recruitment process we would encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Your application can be paused and resumed at a later time once it has been completed.

Yes, many of our tutors work with us alongside other work and life commitments. This being said, the more availability you offer us the more work we are likely to be able to offer you.
Our mission means that we approach our tutors with respect and always understand them as compassionate and skilled professionals. To make the difference for our young people, we take additional care when matching tutors with young people they are well-placed to support, and we take their thoughts and opinions seriously; we take better care of our children and young people by taking better care of our tutors.
After every session we ask you to complete a report on that session. This also helps us to track your hours and ensure you are paid promptly each month. At the end of each placement we will also ask you to complete a conclusive report for the child or young person you have been supporting.
Behind each of our tutors is our Support Team of SEND Support Specialists, who will regularly check-in, provide advice and guidance, and answer any questions you may have. Our systems are set up to reduce the administrative load and our Referrals Team take extra care when placing tutors to ensure that each placement matches their skillset.
