We’re constantly amazed by the strength, imagination, and talent of our young people. Recently, one of them took up sewing and has already created some beautiful clothes. We especially love the patterned trousers! It’s inspiring to see young people express themselves creatively, and it reminds us all to explore our talents and discover new hobbies.

This same spirit of growth and individuality is at the heart of everything we do at Targeted Provision, where supporting vulnerable young people goes far beyond traditional tutoring.

Personalised Approach: Many young people in Alternative Provision (AP) have additional needs. We tailor every programme around the individual, recognising strengths, challenges, and circumstances rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

Voice of the Young Person: Young people help shape their learning plans, giving them ownership over their journey and goals. When they feel heard, confidence and engagement naturally grow.

Achievable Outcomes: By prioritising individual interests, we set realistic targets, helping young people celebrate tangible progress and rebuild belief in their abilities.

Strong Duty of Care: Safeguarding isn’t just a policy, it’s practice. We put the young person at the centre of every decision and work closely with families and professionals to provide consistent, supportive care.

Led by What Works: Our methods are flexible. We continuously monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet changing needs, ensuring support is effective and responsive.
